1. What is Helix?

   Helix is a living atlas of AI processes on the accounting software you already run. It names which process is native, which partner app that process actually uses, and what still needs a person. It is not a chatbot and it is not a second set of books.

2. Does Helix log into QuickBooks or my bank?

   No. Helix never connects to your ledger, bank, or payroll. Your file stays where it is. You get the map, the companion list, and a setup button for each process.

3. I’m one company. What’s the long-run benefit?

   You pay $349 once. You keep the map as your ledger ships new AI. You cancel the extra bank-feed or AP app you should never have bought. Helix does not bill monthly.

4. We’re a firm. Why Atlas instead of one ledger?

   Clients do not all run the same software. $990 once is the playbook for every file — QBO, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite — so each accountant is not researching agents from scratch. Atlas includes five named seats. Capacity is the return.

5. Can I check my stack before I buy?

   Yes. Run the stack check: name the ledger, tick what else you already pay for, and Helix flags collisions (second bank feed, two AP inboxes) plus a waste range. Which app to keep is the license.

6. How do I get in after I pay?

   Pay on the JG Pulse cart. Then open https://pine-giant-marble-rose.grok.me/checkout/return and sign in with the same email you used at checkout. If the license is still locked, email Joy@JGPulse.com with that email and the invoice.

7. Can I start before I buy Helix?

   Yes. Download the free questionnaire on JG Pulse, or buy the $197 personalized roadmap. Helix stack check is also free. The license is the map and the operating pack — not the questionnaire.

8. Does this replace my bookkeeper?

   No. A bookkeeper owns the file. An advisor reads a clean file. Helix gives both a sequence so they do not buy a second bank feed or two AP tools that double-post.

9. You keep adding AI processes. Do I pay again?

   No. The atlas is updated as platforms ship new AI — including processes most vendors never put in the keynote. Your one-time license keeps the map current for that business.

10. My software is not on the list. What then?

    Ask before you buy. We add proven ledgers and companion apps as they earn a place — Puzzle, Digits, DualEntry, Campfire, Numeric, and Vic.ai are on the atlas now. If you run something else, write Joy with the name of the ledger.

11. Is there another product that does this?

    Not that we can find. People substitute ChatGPT (~$240/year), a consultant hour ($200–$400), a course, or another app (Numeric from ~$30/user/month). Those do not map native vs partner AI on the ledger you run. Helix is $349 or $990 once. See Compare.
