Helix is the map they don’t publish
Helix is a living atlas of AI processes inside the ledger you already run — including the ones most owners, and most vendors, never name.
Helix does not log into your books. It does not replace QuickBooks, Xero, or your bookkeeper. It maps which AI already lives in your software, which partner app that process actually uses, and what still needs a person. Native first. Partner only if you need it. A setup button for each one.
Most of those processes are already on. Bank feeds that are Intuit’s, not a second Plaid login. Capture, AP, cards, payroll — tools that double-post if you guess. Helix names them so you do not buy the wrong next subscription.
The atlas is not a static PDF. We keep adding AI processes as platforms ship them — the quiet ones in Banking, Expenses, Bills, and Close that do not make the keynote. A one-time license keeps that map current for your company.
Helix for my business is $349. Atlas is $990. No monthly Helix fee. One unused $40 app is $480 a year. Three extra bookkeeper hours a month at $45 is about $1,620 a year. Either leak covers the license. Stopping both is the return.
